Bongers!

This massage tool is basically two raquetballs placed on two flexible arms. Hitting them on your body causes a revelry of vibrations throughout. Many massage therapists use this technique called tapotement in their massages. It is a good for flushing out toxins released in muscle tissue after deep work and it promotes deep relaxation by stimulating the nervous system. Initially stimulated the nervous system relaxes into the rhythm of the tapotement and hyper-toned tissue releases and blood flow increases.

Use them on yourself for those hard to reach spots on your back and IT bands or bang them on your loved ones to promote relaxation. They provide fun and relief from sore muscles for all! If you haven’t experienced them you are definitely missing out on some stimulating relief.
