<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">This can be a complicated matter being the cause of the<br \/>\nheadache is not always known. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Hot and Cold Therapy <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">A quick relief for a headache is an ice pack on the head with a hot pack on the belly or feet.\u00a0 Drawing the blood away from the brain can help relieve<br \/>\nthrobbing pain with an aura. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Hydrotherapy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Rotating between hot and cold water in the shower improves\u00a0 circulation and is a quick pain relief to headaches.\u00a0 Hydrotherapy helps to flush out any waste<br \/>\nproducts that have been congregating in the area. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Breathe:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Often times we don&#8217;t breathe effectively when we are stressed so take a little time to focus on your breath work.\u00a0 You choose if will be taking a walk, bike<br \/>\nride or practicing yogic pranayama.\u00a0 Muscles need oxygen to function<br \/>\nnormally and without oxygen they may spasm and cause painful or<br \/>\nnagging headaches.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Food Therapy:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Overindulgence can be the source of headache.\u00a0 Try a detox diet in order to clean your system.\u00a0 Just like your closet, your body needs an occasional cleaning.
