Green Leafy vegetables are a great source of calcium, lutein, iron, and Vitamins A, C, and K.  The season is typically in Mid-Winter to Spring but one can find Kale year round.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n1 head kale, washed and thoroughly dried<a href=\"http:\/\/weelicious.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/kale-chips.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/weelicious.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/kale-chips.jpg\" class=\"alignright\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n2 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\nSea salt, for sprinkling<\/p>\n<p>Directions<br \/>\nPreheat the oven to 275 degrees F.  Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1 1\/2-inch pieces. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and salt. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes.
