I read the ingredients to see what I was about to ingest; Tomatoes, onions, serrano peppers, iodized salt, and cilantro.  Sounds like homemade salsa right?  This can&#8217;s recipe is super easy.   No more than 3 syllables per word and completely recognizable words.  I am suspicious of any food name that I don&#8217;t immediately envision what it is in actual real time. Dioxyribogluacid&#8230; sure you can figure out how to pronounce it but what is it?  Yes, this word is actually jibberish but I liken it to those commercials where the little kid is trying to read the ingredients on the back of the can.  Why should we be confused by our food&#8217;s name?
